I didn’t notice the quotation marks. In that sense of-course if the monarchy wasn’t abolished he should have been Pavlos II, King of the Hellenes. There is also a huge debate in Greece if the title he is using Crown Prince is correct as there is no longer a kingdom making his correct title Prince.
