I've done all of the listed troubleshooting steps for Vanguard errors, submitted Riot Repair tool logs to support multiple times, and done every suggested solution from the support team such as a bunch of CMD prompts adjusting networking and computer settings and verifying drive and registry integrity. Nothing seems to work.

3 ago 2021 · Submit a ticket to Riot Support ASAP at this link. It will take you to the request submission page with 'Recover my account' already selected for you. Almost always, accounts that are hacked by someone you don't know will almost immediately be permanently banned by Riot, usually due to botting and sudden obvious IP changes.

Riot support are very robotic with their responses. Everything underlined in red is a copy and paste sentence sent to any who report through a ticket. I’d advise against constantly sending in tickets to Riot support unless another makes an offender large enough that you deem necessary for a human response.
23 gen 2024 · The ticket might be getting closed because of that. If you have spent money on the account, be sure to let them know you can provide bank statements to prove ownership of the account. If you haven't spent money, just create a new one. No point in trying to recover something that doesn't hold monetary value. 1.
