Shark Lagoon features several species and sizes of sharks, some of which you can touch … and some you can’t! This expansive outdoor exhibit is home to large sharks and rays, shark touch pools, interactive displays, an amphitheater, the Pacific Treasures gift store, and the Bamboo Bistro outdoor café.
View the Aquarium’s largest sharks in the big tank at Shark Lagoon. This exhibit includes several species of the oceans’ top predators, including a blacktip reef shark, sand tiger shark, zebra shark, and reticulate whiptail ray.
The large touch pool in Shark Lagoon is now home to bamboo sharks, epaulette sharks, fiddler rays, and cownose rays. Bamboo and epaulette sharks glide around the shallow touch pools, where guests can reach in and touch these gentle and graceful animals.
