Applications are now open for 13+ entry to Wetherby Senior in September 2026 closed at 12 noon on Friday 13th October. If you are looking to submit a late application, please contact our Registrar. Boys applying for 13+ entry are required to take Wetherby Senior’s bespoke entrance test during the autumn term of Year 6.
Our school day. Wetherby Senior opens at 8am for pupils, with registration between 8:25am and 8:35am. We then have six periods of lessons a day, each lasting an hour, as well as a thirty-minute tutor period on a Friday. Wetherby Senior School is an academically selective school. Our usual points of entry are at 11+, 13+ or 16+. Selection is based upon academic merit which is assessed through an entry examination, references from the candidate’s previous school and interview. For 11+ entry in September 2022 boys will be required to sit the ISEB Common Pre-Test.
