His main leverage is going out in public and not supporting the new Rocky-verse movies. That's how he can hurt them, so he basically has to do this. They can cut him a deal so that this fervor will die down long before the movie comes out. He stated more calmly weeks ago that he wanted a cut of Rocky to leave to his kids.
