Rebecca O'Brien (born 25 October 1957) is a BAFTA-winning film producer, known especially for her work with Ken Loach. O'Brien was born in London, England. She grew up in Peebles. Together with Loach and scriptwriter Paul Laverty, she runs the production company Sixteen Films, formed in 2002.

Prior to becoming a producer she worked her way up through the industry in various production roles including location manager on MY BEAUTIFUL LAUNDRETTE (1985) and production manager on some early Channel 4 films.
