Ida Helmi Tuulikki Pietilä (18 February 1917 – 23 February 2009) was an American-born Finnish graphic artist and professor. Pietilä is considered one of Finland's most influential graphic artists, with her work being shown in multiple art exhibitions.

Ida Helmi Tuulikki Pietilä (18. helmikuuta 1917 Seattle, Washington, Yhdysvallat – 23. helmikuuta 2009 Helsinki) oli suomalainen taidegraafikko. Hän oli suomalaisen taidegrafiikan keskeisimpiä vaikuttajia. 60 vuoden ajan hän osallistui lukuisiin taidenäyttelyihin ja toimi 1956–1960 myös opettajana Taideakatemian koulussa .

Tuulikki Pietilä was the role model and inspiration for the character Too-ticky, introduced in the book Moominland Midwinter. “At last I’ve found my way to the one I want to be with,” writes Tove Jansson in one of her first letters to the graphic artist Tuulikki Pietilä in June 1956.
