Elan Gale (born October 27, 1983) is an American author, television writer, and television producer. He worked on the reality series The Bachelor and created FBOY Island. Gale also produced The Bachelorette, Bachelor Pad, Bachelor in Paradise and High School Reunion. In April 2023, he entered into an overall deal with ITV America.

HBO Max's first reality television dating show was created by The Bachelor producer Elan Gale and showrun by Sam Dean, who also worked another HBO Max production, 12 Dates of Christmas. Host Nikki Glaser also serves as an executive producer, as do Ben Bitoni, Sam Dean, Elan Gale and Jason Goldberg.
