Alice Constandina "Dina" Titus (/ ˈ t aɪ t ə s / TIE-təss; born May 23, 1950) is an American politician who has been the United States representative for Nevada's 1st congressional district since 2013. She served as the U.S. representative for Nevada's 3rd congressional district from 2009 to 2011, when she was defeated by Joe Heck.
