Hannelore (Hanni) Wenzel (born 14 December 1956) is a retired Liechtensteiner alpine ski racer. Weirather is a former Olympic, World Cup, and world champion. She won Liechtenstein's first-ever Olympic medal at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria, and its first two Olympic gold medals four years later in Lake Placid, New York.

23 apr 2024 · Hanni Wenzel (born Dec. 14, 1956, Staubirnen, W.Ger.) is a Liechtenstein Alpine skier who was the first athlete from her country to win an Olympic medal, earning a bronze at the 1976 Winter Games in Innsbruck, Austria.
At the 1976 Innsbruck Olympics she won a bronze medal in the slalom. In Lake Placid, in 1980, she entered all three women's Alpine skiing events and performed better in each one. In the downhill she earned a silver medal.
