30 dic 2003 · John Gregory Dunne was an American novelist, screenwriter and literary critic. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut, and was a younger brother of author Dominick Dunne. He suffered from a severe stutter and took up writing to express himself.
Interviewed by George Plimpton. Issue 138, Spring 1996. The fifth of six children, John Gregory Dunne, the son of a prominent surgeon, was born in Hartford, Connecticut in 1932. He went to school at Portsmouth Priory (now Abbey) and on graduation moved on to Princeton, graduating from there in 1954.
